I was at 2-2 for the week. My upset specail lost by three so in my book if Vegas you owe me one.....lol. The Patriots should of, could of, but in the end chocked. I was happy with the Jags chocking in the end to win me another suicide pool. Since my Bears had the win and Jags lost I won the right to be suicide king again. Now time for the Monday night Specail.

This game is tough. Which Steelers team shows up. Or should I say which offensive line shows up to play. The one that lets Ben throew or the one that pulls off the Look out block. That's when the snap the ball, the line lets defender run by. Then they turn to Ben and yell LOOK OUT!!!!!!! The Steelers should have advantage in the game. Redskins are looking for the bye and Washington DC more worried about the Election then the game.

The Commish blowing off some steam. It is week nine and like I was expecting I had a bad fantasy week. Still keep my rankings in the important leagues. Now I have some steam to blow off. I have Brandon Marshall; of course he had a 77-yard touchdown called back. A play that both player where grabbing each other. I mean there is like four Offensive hold calls all year and that is officially second one that has cost me fantasy Points. I have Steven Jackson I am fine to get whole seven carries and drop a TD pass. One week I need him to be there and he was a ghost. Lucky my other players did there part. Boldin stepped up like usually. Ravens D get a late touchdown. Mo-Jo got me a td. I started the wrong TE. Then J. addai did not get me much but first game back was expecting it, at least he played the entire game. Now just for the Washington Kicker to kick it up…….lol.

Elimination Pool Pick

The Arizona Cardinals and San Francisco 49ers appeared to be a couple of teams on the rise after strong finishes last season, and earned a prime-time TV match-up this year. While the Cardinals lead the NFC West, the 49ers haven’t lived up to expectations and interim coach Mike Singletary hasn’t been afraid to say so. Arizona (5-3) won its last two games last season to finish 8-8 under first-year coach Ken Whisenhunt, while San Francisco (2-6) went 3-3 down the stretch en route to a 5-11 record. Both teams showed progress, and were expected to improve in 2008.

Tuesday Morning Quarterback.

My picks where solid except my upset special. I take another 3-1 week after last weeks 2-2. Two of my games where decide in the final minutes of the game. The Chargers held off the Chiefs by a failed two point conversion. The Cardinals keep my Elimination team a float with a stop as time expired on Monday night football. The Jaguars just dominated the Lions and finally got back in the win column.

Now to the biggest week 10 Questions.

Are the Chargers done? They escaped a victory and still behind the Broncos, yet have the chance for a division crown.

The Division lead is on the line.

The Jets traded for Brett Favre to take down the Patriots. They upgraded there defense to stop the Patriots. They signed Ty Law to help shut down the Patriots. So why is this a must Win for the Patriots.

look to the remaining schedule. Patriots have to travel to Buffalo and Miami. Jets have them at home. The Jets remaining schedule is easier then the Patriots.  Plus Jets fans will you take a lose now for a win in the Super Bowl? It is hard to beat the same team three time in one season. SO I say this game is a must win for the Pats. The Jets can lick the wounds and wait for another week. The Patriots are also playing with 4th runningback, seond QB, a mixed uo secondary, and now a hurting linebacker corp.

The best play of the week. The flea flicker from Chad Penndington to Ted Ginn Jr. was amazing.

Now on to the Picks.

Suicicde Pick.

The Eagles are a heavy road favorite winning over 70 percent of simulations over the Bengals. Donovan McNabb is forecasted for an excellent game with a 54 percent chance of having at least 2 TD passes and a 47 percent chance of having no interceptions. The best chance for the Bengals to pull off the upset is if Ryan Fitzpatrick has no interceptions and Cedric Benson rushing for 75+ yards.

Eagles Flying High.

Watching the Notre Dame game today and final 2 mins was most thrilling ride of the year. I do have to wonder about the refs in the game. They made more bad calls in minute and a half then all year long. It started when Notre Dame let up a little and The Navy Goats ran one in to make score 27-14. Then The on side kick was knocked out of bounds by a notre Dame player. The threw a flag on him and had 15 yards added on and a re-kick. Now in all my years of football I never heard or seen this rule enforced. I seen pro and College football game where fumbles and On side kicks where punched out of bounds. Not uonce was there a pentalty.

Wow Playoffs and the season slipping out of grasp. Should of been an easy call. Going to Ohio. The Bengals are clinging to one win. The Philadelphia Eagles have just lost that killer instinct. Hate to say but time might be over big red. Time to get some new motivation. Andy has a lot at home to deal with and a bunch of skilled player that are just not in sync. Now Big Red can not make his players step up on the field and Eagles players have to challenge them self. I will Ride out the season, but unless Eagles turn on that switch this Might be Andy Reid's swan song.

The picks finished 3-0-1

The Eagles where unable to give me the perfect record. I would not see a tie. because there has not been one since 2002. The Eagles deserved to lose the game, but lucky get to keep the tie. Tis is better then a lose but not as good as a win.

The Packers did not keep it close as they decided to run away with the game. The Bears looked lost and the division is now alot more crowed at the top.

The Colts took an easy win this time not needing a miracle comback. Thought the Texans did put up a fight.

Upset specail back on track. As the Broncos went to Atlanta and came home witha victory. Also gaining some ground in the division.

The Cleveland Browns went in to Buffalo for a show down with the Bills. The First play was from Trent Edwards to the Defense. Trent Edwards threw three total in the game. The Browns where able to move the ball, yet Brady did not get a touchdown pass this week. The Game came down to a close one, with the deciding factor was a missed field goal. So Brady Golden Domer Quinn is now 1-1 in his early carrer.

So all my faithfull readers, if ou listened and where in Vegas you made a pretty penny......lol.

The Pittsburg Steelers and San Diego Chargers game is causing so much debate. A blown call from the refs, after a review. Has the league rethinking there replay challenges. The new procedures will be implied for playoffs if they figure out a better way to do it. As a gambling kind of guy and a fantasy owner, I see the impact it has on a team. I mean the Score could made you a winner or a loser and not even know it. Imagine you had the house on Chargers. Lose the game on that play. you go jump off the roof. In the Hospital you find out it going to be a whote Christmas for your family. And you will be in a cast. Better yet your at the bar, The Steelers win. You buy the bar with your new winnings to find out that it is being taken back form you.....lol. That gotta suck........yikes.

Pacman gets 2nd chance this season. Now I personally like Adam's play on the field, off the field and his current team different story. He was a great player in West Virginia and coming out of college he had a few strikes against him. Then In Tennessee, the biy lost his mind. I do think NFl new rookie programs might have helped him, but he still has inner demons to contend with. Depending if you are a Cowboys fan or not seems to be where your thoughts on the suspension  fairness.

Cowboys fans  for the most part seem to think it was unfair. That it was small issue. That a 2 game suspension was enough, The Bring up that no drugs where involved and no weapons either. The only thing that cause a stir was te call to the police. Also Cowboys fans saw that their team was in a bind and act like Roger was doing it to hurt them.

Sorry Blogger fans I let you guys miss out on an easy pick'em last night. The Steelers where a shoe in with the low over under an easy pick to go high. Like the kid in the video I feel like I am on speed. Last week my pick'em pool I only lost 1out of 16  with one tie. My Blog picks where 3-0-1. leading to a 14-1-1 overall for the weekend. This week there are several harder picks. Contact me if you like to pick my brain about this weekends games.

Suicide Pick

The Raiders offense 'exploded' for 15 points last week and they are averaging just 15 again this week against the Broncos. JaMarcus Russell is doing a good job limiting interceptions with just a 35 percent of throwing 1 or more interceptions. However, there is only a 46 percent chance Russell has even 1 touchdown pass. Jay Cutler on the other hand is averaging 1.5 passing TDs per simulation with 40 percent chance of having at least 2 TD passes. When Cutler has multiple touchdown passes the Broncos increase their average margin of victory from 8 points per sim to 12 points per sim.

Where are the Mega stars when the season started? LT must of lost his heart. Since he has been almost a 2nd tier runningback. Rivers is putting together a good season so what happen to lt. He shown life but has not gone back to back decent games. He should have a big weekend since playing the Colts with out Bob Sanders.

TO has been just another reciever. Granted he lost his starting QB, but still has not had great numbers. highest yard total has been 89 against the Eagles in second week of the season. His highest total catches a game was 7. Not the stud he has been in years prior. With Romo back nice to see if he turns up the dial.

Thanksgiving Eagles game will be on local Television!!!

Yippie Skippie, Everyone gets to watch the Eagles waste a primetime spot on television. I rember when I first saw the Schedule and I was so exicted to see the Eagles on turkey day. Now I just thinking I will miss out on some sleep before getting up early to join the black friday sales events. I mean atleast I get to see my fantasy stud Boldin in action. I usally try to bench player against philly. Now that they seem to pack up the season I guess fantasy free for all.

Damn if do damned if you don't. The Eagles bench Mcnabb. Now who to start next week Feely? Kolb did not look like he was ready. Felly atleast has some experience. Plus it is a short week. If you go back to Mcnabb  I do not think he will be a happy camper. I mean he was benched in a close game. Now, I might be wrong but if your best chance is to win with him would you not atleast give him a chance in the third. If they lost some more points then bring in Kolb. Eagles are playing for broke and respect at this point in the season. The only posiive note is they have 3 Divisional games left to make some noise. Bad news they have three divisional games left.........lol.

Another 3-1 weekend. Not bad, the goal is to be 4-0. Going perfect is hard ask Tha Titans or better the Patriots. Lets take a look see and then The Monday Night Madness Pick.

The Denver Broncos decided they really do not want the division. They are going their best not to win it. They let The Oakland Raiders look like playoff contender. Now, they had several chances but penalties hurt them alot. There was a play to Brandon Marshall in 2nd quarter was called back for receiver doing a pic, Making third and long instead of first they had to punt. Then in 4th Quarter when game was still a little close they went for 4th and 10. Brandon Marshall has a catch for 15 yards. Offsetting penalties they have to do it again and this time Cutler over threw. I know the Broncos are banged up but man they need some Def help.

Hey Commish?

I have Kevin Smith and have been playing him. He is facing Tenn on Turkey Day, Should I plug him in my lineup.  I have Steve Slaton, Fred Taylor, and Tim Hightower.

                                                                    The Colts

 Dear Colts,

Lots of rookie on your runningback line up. Well, you have a hard choice, With Hightower playing the Eagles. He might have some hard yards. The Eagles Run Def has been pretty good besides when the played the Giants and Redskins. Also Cardinals like to throw. Slaton was getting an MRI and have not heard the news yet. Fred Taylor plays monday  night but has not done anything specail this year, and also has no touchdowns yet. I would for sure start Kevin Smith Thursday. The Titans showed they can be ran on and Detroit has been playing better. If you do start 2 RB's you might want to look at waiver wires for another option with Smith. Kevin Faulk might be available, also Look for Lorenzo Booker, if you are real desperate.

Back in April, Peter King of SI.com raised the possibility of NFL games being shown in 3D, via a company owned in part by David Modell, son of former Browns/Ravens owner Art Modell.

Next week’s Thursday night game between the Chargers and the Raiders will be presented via 3ality Digital’s technology at theaters in three different cities — L.A., New York, and Boston.

“We want to demonstrate this and let people get excited about it and see what the future holds,” said Howard Katz, the NFL’s senior V.P. of broadcasting and media operations.

Why football and Thanksgiving go hand and hand. It started out with high school football. In New England the would have rival schools play before turkey dinner. Now it was such a hot that College and finally The Pros adapted the tradition. Seveal Schools still play on thanksgiving day. Alot of Schools call it turkey bowl. College games have some of the biggest rivals play till this day. Also Pro's have been playing since 1920. The Macy's Parade started in 1924 so NFl beat them to the holiday also.

The Pros started televising turkey classic with Chicago and Detroit playing Thanksgiving Day. Then in 1934 Detroit became a main stay hosting the Turkeyday classic. They Missed the 1939 and 1940 games when Pittsburg And Phila played back to back years. The two teams split with Eagles winning the first year and Steelers the second.

Titans 10-1 take on the 0-11 Lions

The Titans will be playing without the pressure of going undefeated so expect them to win big. The Titans win by double digits in 60 percent of simulations. Kerry Collins is averaging 1.3 TD passes and just 0.4 interceptions. Daunte Culpepper is averaging 0.8 TDs, but 1.6 INTs per sim. There is a 79 percent chance that Detroit turns the ball over at least twice compared to just 39 percent for Tennessee. To pull of the huge upset the Lions defense has to force at least 3 turnovers and hold Chris Johnson to under 75 yards. If they do this the Lions actually pull slightly ahead winning 50.7 percent of these simulations.

Wow three for three with The over cashing in two of the three.

Now to the picks  of the week.

Now for the Suicide/Elimination pick

It appears as though the wheels have come off in Cleveland. At 4-7, the Browns' once promising season is in shambles and their playoff hopes dashed. Momentum is going the other way for the Colts and while it is a real long shot that they can win their division, Indianapolis is very much in the thick of the AFC wild-card race. From this game on, the Colts have the easiest schedule in the league. Indianapolis has gotten healthier, and as a result they've won four in a row, including Sunday night, when Adam Vinatieri's 51-yard field with two seconds left in regulation beat the Chargers. With the Colts' excellent passing offense being the strength of the team, the late November Cleveland weather could potentially be an issue and is something that bears watching.
