Thursday night football

The Chargers get to play the Oakland Raiders on thursday night football. I am sure NFL Network wish they had some flex games. This could turn out to be a decent outting. Neither team has been playing well, and are coming off loses. The Chargers saw their ex back up Turner hit the D hard. While the Raiders let the Chiefs get a win.

Now I am a Notre Dame Brady Quinn fan but dose anyone have an idea how Russell is better then Quinn.  I saw Russell throw a pass and fall down in the Chiefs game. He was not even touched or even pressured by the D. Maybe it was rushing him in to the line up but he really needs a helping hand. Or A decent Coach to stay around.

If you see the Videos up top you already know where I am going. Train Like LT, I rather him play like LT of old. Never seen a guy fall so far so fast. He had it all, now he is a 2nd tier fantasy back. I am sorry no toe Injury could cause such a decline. I could see if he had a more painfull excuse. Maybe he shpould of got surgery on that knee?

I still Like the Chargers to pull one out. For my Vegas homies, I even lay the line out. As for over/under. I take the low road, unless LT wakes up and they score high 30's.

  1. Vet...you're right about the NFL Network wanting to flex out of this game.  It might turn out to be a good game, but there is little interest as the Raiders have been cooked from day 1.  The Chargers have fallen fast this year.  Rivers is putting up some good numbers, but LT and the O-line haven't been keeping up their end of the bargain.  The defense went from lights out to lit up on a weakly basis.

I like the Bolts for no other reason than because Rivers is my #2 QB in Fantasy...whom I might start tonight!

    Peace!
