Fantasy Football help

The Ladies from Fantasy Sports girls give me a hand with some picks.  Besides who the ladies pick I am giving some helping hands with week 9 pickups. With LT, Carolina runningbacks, Jake Delhome, Drew Brees, and Phillip Rivers sitting out, time to hit the waivers.

Quarterback backups, looks kind of slim. Unless you draft a qb that is playing and healthy might need to look for some help. Matt Ryan has had decent numbers and Roddy seems to get him one Touchdown a week. Also Jeff Garcia and Gus Freotte should be hovering in free agent land. Also if you are desperate you should have Jamarcus Russell. Worse case can go for Brad Johnson or Brook Bollinger as a fill in.

Running on empty, Frank Gore, LT, Bush already hurt, Duece Soon to be suspended McCalister, Deangello Williams and J. Stewart. Well, in fantasy if you do not already have back up players good luck!!! Search the Waiver for Hightower from the Cardinals- if he is available jump on him. Also Mike Pittman will lay this weekend and expect decent numbers, so double check the free agents and if there take the treat. Now a few trick RB options for the week. Kevin Faulk or Lamont Jordan, not promising alot but if need help that is where to turn. Cedric Benson is starting in Cinn, so if he is free worth a chance for a bye week fill in.

Flying high but now need a reciever to fill in. Colston is finally healthy now on bye. Steve Smith off suspension lighting it up. Chris Chambers scoring but injured now bye, And Issac the old one Bruce is taking a week off. Well, if need  bye week help some guys that might still be around the league.Steve Smith from the giants. He gets balls thrown to him and if he catches a few more will be a steal for a week or two. Ginn Jr was drafted in most leagues then dropped, might want to pick him up for the week. Same to be said about Camrillio in Miami also wortha risk if needed for Bye weeks. D. Avery from the Rams if he is still available trick or treat you just hit the mother load. Also look fok looker from St. louis also. The rams will need to score to keep up with the Cardinals.

If kicker you are searching for look for Carney or Sushi from washington. They are available in most leagues and get a lot of field goals. Kickers just need to be checked for always one good one available if needed.

Defensestealing your points. Look for the Dolphins D to step up again. Buffalo is struggling a little and The Dolphins eat time with wildcat formation. Also Falcons might be available and a steal for the week. Raiders struggle moving the ball. Can also make a play and trade for Vikings D. They look to be getting weaker with Suspension of Williams. I expect other wise. If they lose players I think they will actual get quicker. Plus the Biy are fighting the Suspension and chance they will not miss any time.
