Am I the only one wondering Why????

A trade deadline comes and passes. The Eagles sit idle again. I was not expecting much, this is the NFL. There rarely is a big trade during the season....... What There was a big Trade? Where did Tony Gonzo go? Was not him. So Roy Williams went to the niners? No He went where????????  What the !@!#% is that.  As I passed out in Shock. I awoke later to see it was true.

Remember the Summer Eagles actual made a big trade. They got a mild mannered receiver. He turn in to the freak of nature, but that media posses freaked got us over the hump to a super bowl. Now TO is teammates with another hot shot reciever. As much as I love Kevin Curtis and Desean Jackson. Why can't we pull the trade off to get the weapons we need. We got Curtis slowed by a hernia, Reggie Hamstring Brown. We have two first round picks. We could not get the receiver this year. Well, if we are sitting by watching the Cowboys play in January I will not be surprised.

I Remember Steve Spurrier Drafting Rod Gardner(thanks by the way). He actual made the reference that he took a player they did not need but was worried Someone in the division would take. I like that cut throat attitude. No we have never wrong but always take the blame Andy Reid. I must admit I have always like the big guy. Just like he was Santa. I just want the big gift, starting to believe Big red is not going to get it done. He seems to be so ho hum, So I will Just root for the birds knowing they are not rooting for us blue collar workers. I Buy Eagles Merchandise every year, like clock work. Yet All I ask for is a winner, a super bowl ring, a championship ring, and a commercial with D Mac taking a trip to Disney.

 I suppose Jeff Lurie doesn't care about us. We are not the Patriots he wanted to buy. I was so happy when he bought the team. I guess I put all my eggs in the wrong basket. I am glad I just enjoy football, because on our pace be another 10 years to we see the big game again.  I can only hope Roy Williams dose not meld well with the team. That Romo's Injury hurts their chances a little. This way the Eagles can give me hope and then let us down. Glad we got those 2 first round draft picks next year. Detroit only wanted the one. I also starting to doubt the Eagles even made a play to get Moss in off season. I didn't let that bother me, since no way he was coming here. Oh well, hope Desean is as good of a receiver as I hope he is.............No others are in the Eagles plans. At-least the lucked out with Westbrook. Now just to keep him health.
