Steroids anyone?

Now I am sure it's not as bad as baseball or is it? Players have been accused f steroids use for ever yet more players get popped for Weed then Steroids. Maybe we need a better or more affetive test. In College they have scheduled test. Which gives players a chance to cycle off before test. Plus there is other ways around a piss test. Maybe they should invest in better test and test prep.

Now the reason for the blog. Tony Mandarich, the stud o line man from Michigan state. Now I have no hate for the man. Just wondering what difference it might have made in his bowl games if he was not having the extra advantage over a clean player. Also The difference for Green bay if they did not buy the Incredible Bulk theory. Imagine the Packers With Barry Sanders. Barry in the green and gold instead of Lions outfit. What a differnce that would make. The second round pick that was a total watse of space.

The difference in Pros to college. NFL has more of a surprise test with Steroids. So players have less time to get around the test. So in pros Mandarich Decided not to take the chance. He made it as an NFL player. Dream of many little kids. Now according to my understanding he missed th high of steroids. So he was craving it. He spent many nights drinking to get the felling. That was not enought. So he move on to Pers and oxy. So now he was a huge player with noemotions. He was playing to play. No Heart, no compassion. Just a big doped up lineman.  He has admitted to taking drugs in NFL and would try and make them last to his next prescription. He really needed help and no one was there for him.

He now has admitted to using Steroids in College. Tony is happy married with a photographing company with his wivf. They live a decent life and prove you can move on from mistakes made as a youth. He is coming out with a book to say his side of the story. Should be a little intersting. Even thought he will not bash others in book like Canseco he will tell his story.

Well, Tony I hope you well, and glad to see you are more of a person now. Not a steroid nut case that you where in college.

  1. Vet, it's hard to gage how rampant drug use is in professional sports.  You're right, they can have more stringent tests...but as we all know...cheaters will always be one step ahead of the process.  We can only hope that most of them will get caught (or fess up) eventually.  Peace!
