Goats

It started when Notre Dame let up a little and The Navy Goats ran one in to make score 27-14. Then The on side kick was knocked out of bounds by a notre Dame player. The threw a flag on him and had 15 yards added on and a re-kick. Now in all my years of football I never heard or seen this rule enforced. I seen pro and College football game where fumbles and On side kicks where punched out of bounds. Not uonce was there a pentalty.
