Cardinals

look great on paper all they want.  Paper don't win Championships.  Defense does, as the Cardinals painfully proved a few weeks ago.

*  Dan Reeves-  A lot of people want to say that Jerry Jones didn't want to give up any power, and that's why the deal fell through.  They may be right, but think about what Dan Reeves could have brought to Dallas.  Exactly.  No disrespect to Dan, a great football person.  But it would be like hiring Chan Gailey for advise.  We'd be better off hiring Ray Lewis to consult.  Doesn't matter what team he plays with, just have in via Satellite to pump up the team.  And if we still lose, Ray Ray can pick out five players that contributed to the loss, and kick them in the nuts.

traight up I think the Steelers are going to be playing again in two weeks.

Eagles Vs. Cardinals

This game has more subplots then a soap oprea. I would think this was a made up script for a Hollywood movie if I did not see it personelly. E. James and D. Mac both benched during the season, Star players injured, Eagles first Championship game 8 years ago was againts Warner, Kurt getting a chance to play in Super bowl again, and best part The Cardinale in th super bowl.

Steelers Only Team to keep Home Field Advantage.

The Chargers came out throwing and end the game throwing. Someone just to need to remind Rivers to get points. The Chargers where over matched and the back to back games did not help.  LT was on the sideline meaning Sproles had to carry the load. Not much of a load since they are in the air more the the Eagles.  The Chargers nailed their own coffin with a pass interference.

Well that was an easy pick so far. I was impressed in the Cardinals Def. They showed up more then I expected. Now on to the next round. Cardinals are either traveling to Carolina or New York. They Lost to Carolina in Carolina and gave the Giants a win in Arizona. So either way they are gonna be trying to avoid the sweep. Home Field Advantage 1 Visitors 0.

You won't see many 12-10 final score folks.

Cardinals 30 Cowboys 24

Never before had an NFL team started a game with a kickoff return for a score, then ended it with a blocked punt in overtime for a touchdown. Infact, it was the first time in NFL history that a blocked punt for a touchdown ended a game in overtime. Dallas scored 10 points in the final 2 minutes of regulation, sending the game into overtime when Nick Folk's 52-yard field goal barely cleared the crossbar as the fourth quarter ended. Cards QB Kurt Warner went 22-30 for 236 netting 2 touchdowns to go along with an interception. Tony Romo had 321 yards from a 34-39 passing day along with 3 Touchdowns. News broke today that Romo will be sidelined for 4 months with a broken finger. We'll see how they play without him.
